We use PayPal secure encrypted payment and registration process. You do not need a PayPal account. Only a VISA/MC to complete the process.

Refunds: will only be given if Family Institute, P.C. is notified at least 15 days prior to the seminar. There is a $25 refund processing fee. By registering, customers indicate they understand and agree to the cancellation and refund policy.

Workshop is limited to 20 people. Pre-registration is required. Hours are: 9a-4:30p. Lunch is on your own (brown bags, microwaves are welcome). Lunch is a 60 minutes break.

Cost: $175.00 per trained person (who receives an ID #, fee coupon from Life Innovations, and Manual. If spouse accompanies, additional fee of $25, but does not receive a manual, coupon or ID from Life Innovations.

Important: Make sure that your Name, Address are noted in the Memo area when paying. Otherwise, we will only have your email and phone number. The office will need to mail your registration to you. Thanks.
