Refunds:
will only be given if Family Institute, P.C. is notified at least 15 days
prior to the seminar. There is a $10 refund processing fee. By
registering, customers indicate they understand and agree to the
cancellation and refund policy.
Seminar is at the New Hope Community Church,
at Sunnyside and I-205, Portland, OR. Attendance is
limited to 2300 people. Pre-registration is
required. Starts promptly at: 7:00 pm. Come early for best
seating.
Cost: $20.00 to
$35 per person. You will
receive a Ticket per NAMED registrant. Churches/Groups could purchase
a GROUP OF TICKETS without giving specific names (Group tickets will be
numbered together). Just indicate either specific names or group
status) when purchasing.
Important:
Make sure that your Name
and Address are noted in the Memo area when
paying. Otherwise, we
will only have your email and phone number. The office will need to
